Get started with Monitorpack

When you subscribe, you will receive an email to confirm your identity. This email contains a link that you must click in order to validate your account, it is possible that this email is blocked in your spam bin please check that this is not the case, you will also receive an email with your license.

If your use free version Swift Monitoring (no need of license), leave the field empty.

Installation milestones

License registration (paid subscritions only)

You must first download and install on a Windows 10, 11 PC or a Windows server. Open Discovery module, in the settings tab it allows you to save the license in the field provided for this or use the free version Swift Monitoring (in this case no need of license).

To make Monitorpack working perfectly

If you use Monitorpack locally (no monitoring on remote machines) no specific need other than to be local administrator

You cannot exempt yourself from taking into account the information below concerning the prerequisites.

Depending on your IT architecture which can be either in a workgroup or in an active directory forest the prerequisites are not the same it is necessary to respect the prerequisites visible at the following address see prerequisites

Reports installation

Monitorpack offers you two options for consolidating your data when using paid license:

• You can subscribe to the Azure cloud offering, we will provide you with a complete reporting environment available with a single client. Power BI Azure cloud offering.


• You can install our SQL database directly into your SQL infrastructure. In this case, download the SQL scripts allowing you to be independent and create your own environment on your SQL servers.
