MonitorPack was founded in 2003 by Microsoft engineers and consultants. They have worked as a team leader at the European Parliament, technical director at Atos, service coordinator at IBM, single point of contact for Capgemini to define the formula of SLA & TOTAL group penalties, Airbus project manager for global deployment, management of Microsoft Primary Field Engineers and many other missions that allowed them to consolidate simple and targeted offers, addressed to CIOs and IT managers of companies of all sizes .
