When you subscribe, you will receive an email so to confirm your identity. This email contains a link that you must click in order to validate your account, it is possible that this email is blocked in your spam bin please check that this is not the case.

You also receive an email with your license and a link to a zipped file to download, this file contains all the procedures and the scripts necessary for the implementation of databases and reports that you can implement in your infrastructure or in the cloud.

License registration

The installation procedure follows the following chronology: you must first download and install on a Windows 10, 11 PC or a Windows server, the Monitorpack Discovery module. This module is used to discover all devices existing on the network. In the settings tab it also allows you to save the license in the field provided for this purpose. Simply click on Register after copying and pasting your license number into the license field by doing be careful not to copy empty spaces.

You can then install all the other modules such as Monitorpack Guard, Monitorpack SNMP which will check if your Discovery module and your license is valid. In order to make them work it is necessary that it be located on the same PC or server.
